After 8 plus years in New York City, Irfan Ventured to the UAE to manage Al Muntaha (Arabic: The Top) at the only 7 Star Hotel in the world, the Burj Al Arab (Arabic: Tower of the Arabs). To make things interesting, Irfan moved to Abu Dhabi to work for TDIC as General Manager of KOI Restaurant and Lounge a popular concept brought from Los Angeles, California. Within one year of its opening, KOI located at the stunning St. Regis Saadiyat Island, The Collection won "Best Japanese Restaurant 2014" Time Out Award and "Favorite Japanese Restaurant Abu Dhabi 2014" in What's On Abu Dhabi.
